Return and Refund Policy
1. The 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer protection legislation, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. You do not need to provide a reason for the return, but the item must be returned to our Kristianstad facility in its original, sellable condition.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a full refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Furniture (Sofas, Wood Pieces): Must be unassembled (if applicable), completely unused, and in its original packaging to ensure safe transit.
- Beds, Mattresses, and Textiles: Due to strict hygiene and safety standards, these items must remain unsealed in their original protective plastic wrapping. Once unsealed, they cannot be returned unless they are defective.
- Custom Orders: Made-to-order items or custom-upholstered furniture are exempt from the standard 14-day return policy and cannot be returned unless faulty.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Please be aware that returning large freight items (like solid oak beds or sofas) can be expensive due to their size and weight. We highly recommend measuring your space carefully before placing an order.
If you need assistance arranging a freight return, our team can help schedule a pickup using our carriers. The actual cost of this freight service will be deducted from your final refund.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Email our support team at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your item. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our team will respond with return instructions, the return shipping address in Kristianstad, and any necessary shipping labels.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging. You are responsible for any damage that occurs during the return transit due to improper packaging.
5. Refunds Processing
Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card) within 5 to 10 business days.
6. Damaged or Faulty Items (Claims)
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If your item arrives damaged, or if you discover a manufacturing defect, you are protected under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act, which grants a three-year right to claim.
If an item arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and the product immediately, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can file a claim with the freight carrier and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.
